How to Stay on Top of Your Game
Every 30 minutes, I make sure to move. My end of the day walk after dinner, sunset walk. And it's on my 10 item to do list. Also a lot of my clients of course have standing up desk or desks where they could change the position, sit down, stand up. When you do this consistently, you can consistently every single day be productive. You can build the momentum and keep going as long as needed until whatever you need to achieve. It's kind of like non-stop marathon for the whole life.
