Sleep Is a Good Thing

If you lie in bed awake, very quickly your brain learns the association between this thing called my bed with being wide awake. And so gradually, only by going back to bed when you're sleepy, will your brain re learn that association. The last thing is be kind to yourself. You know, every one has a bad night of sleep. It's not sleep, but rest is a good thing too.
