How do you know who to bring into your organization if you don't already have an established or codified culture? Yeah. Sometimes a leader will say, well, we know what we're hiring for. We need somebody that can code in this language or that has this kind of financial skills. But it's not easy to find people who are going to fit into your culture and slide onto a team right away.
