The Role of Motor Control in Strength Training
I think one area that people don't consider is like what you talked about the motor control. So every bit of, you know, every degree of range of motion that we gain, that's a bigger responsibility for motor control. We have to now learn how to control those ranges. And then just logically looking at the most durable players, you look at his squat and he's not getting past like her is FMS school was terrible. But you know, he doesn't need to be have a great score FMS to be a great basketball player.
