How to Scale a PLG Company?

Raj: You need a robust data platform in order to do PLG. The second thing which I think a lot of companies struggle with is the Bifurcate the funnel, right? So if you think about it, the marketing team is primarily focused on converting people who are coming into the websites into signups. And then product is basically thinking about activation and retention metrics. If you structure the organization like that, what you're doing is you're basically optimizing one end of the funnel at the cost of the other.
