Do Moderate Intensity Runs Have Great Benefits?

If you are training for a marathon, this is when youcan do the bulk of that moderate intensity work. You can get away with it when you have less stress in your life. The closer and closer you get to ray stay, the more and more of that marathon pace, marathon effort work you're probly going to have in your training. But i think your ity to handle the stress, your age and also your your level of ability with the sport really dictates how much exercise you can get as a 38 year old runner.
