What Kind of Terrain Do You Use for Your Training?

Mentally it's just so much easier to push from the bottom to the top of the hill rather than to push for a specific duration even though that hill might actually be a bit longer. Richmond Park in London is quite a quite a famous one and it has it has some variable terrain in there as well so it can be used quite nicely for a fairly wide variety of sessions. And then I think if usually that athlete can can get out of the city um and into some countryside surrounding but it takes a little while of kind of stop-start you know riding through traffic to get out there.
