Culture is not going to change the limits of our attention, he says. And it sometimes demands a level of complexity that we don't have,. That's one thing. Whether you can improve people's judgments by culture much beyond where we are, where educated people are today I think is very doubtful. He thinks many flaws in reasoning are responses to the fact that our brain is limited.
