Board of directors are there to make sure that the direction of the association is going in the right direction. I often get asked, o locky, can i get into this level? Two, course, that's that's operational. That is not something i dois not something the board does. The re structure of our am, our creditation now, makes it far easier for people understand. It's a nice linear approach now. There's not a p cass and a level one, two, three. It is now an amalgamated, you know, a creditation scheme that you go linear fashion, straight up.
