Should We Do Custom Development?
In the past, this is our stance has always been, we'll do custom development if it's something that was already on our roadmap. They trust us though, because a lot like certain divisions of their company already use us and they've been working with us for years. This is not something that would benefit any of our other customers. So my only caveat here would be is this something that you could go walk in a door and then and design it so that you could walk out in a way that retains your reputation and relationship on the CRM side.
