How to Build Muscle in a Cyclic Style
If you want to build muscle, it has to be built in like a cyclical type of fashion. It also depends on the movement as well, the body part. Like I could do that for deaths, but I might not be able to do that for some other type of movement or lower body orientation. So yeah, it really also depends on which movement you're choosing and which muscle groups you're working on too.
