There is no optimal anxiety, lovel any anxiety is taking away the power of your a prefon cortex to get the job done. Nobody as yet convinced me that anxiety actually helps them do tasks better. It's like, you know, that engine, just raving that engine and wasting energy. Its anxiety is exhaustingy. The nice thing is we can do this experiment ourselves. Anybody can look at their own experience and say, if when i did this task and i was anxious, how did that compare to doing that same task and not being anxious?
