From experience, what happens ritis is, whenever you intervi yor customers, or you talk to sells, the first few minutes are going to be a lot of bulshit. And then once things are being said and resaid and said, again, people tend to lose a bit of their barriers,. Then they start using the words that they would norminally use, and like thei customer would nominally use.
