Introduction

One of the biggest things that does is keep lifters interested. I tell an athlete just to sprint through these laser timers for two hours, nobody's going to do it. But I have them play a game or I have them race each other or I change variations. It's building up these all these weak points and doing this but it's keeping lifters interested in actual lifting.
