Smoke Taint in Wine

There's a lot of articles that have been written about smoke taint in the last few years. It really doesn't take much I've found to really notice it and to really detract from the wine. The technique that I showed most promises honestly is reverse osmosis which is basically a filter, a molecular filter let's call it to be simple where you can select molecules based on their size. That's the way alcohol is removed from wine if you want to remove alcohol or small amount of alcohol there are other techniques but it's a good one at this point.
