Do You Know How to Listen to Your Body?

The next several in the series are just going to be like, here's a thing to do. This is how you practice noticing your body. It will absolutely extend to singing and anything else that you want to be able to do get in touch with how much pain you're in or what's causing the pain. I don't know which one's going to help you more elephant to the writer or the puppy and the owner because for me learning to listen to my body was like being a puppy.
