When you're doing your rapid power reclaim, is that you're creating choice. You can manage the physiological response by releasing it. Step two is called elevate action. Once we've released that, the energy going on inside of us at negative energy, thenwhen we can say to ourselves, what do i need to do in this moment to elevate my action? The third step is celebrate and integrate. In order to re wire the pathways in our brains, we have to integrate these new responses into a part of our identity.
