Is There a Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism?
It's going to be very, very almost nearly impossible for any country to pass any meaningful carbon price or carbon tax legislation that does not include a carbon border adjustment mechanism. Garov: It's really difficult to model climate change and model economic consequences of climate change as Christopher Kistnerfark knows very all too well. But I think some really good messages come out of this paper, and I like reading it a lot.
