Ye im, and you just kind of recommen like lower intensity stuff, just kind of walking around, and then getting into jogging and then into jumping or whatever. So just for day to day wear and building up time gradually and then a training. Ym, so this is not a magic answer, but it's a long term am gol to build up better strength in your feet.
