The first order question is what are you actually looking for feedback on? And in our case with the future of work discussion, we didn't necessarily want a discussion about specific implementation. Once you do that and if you do that well, it typically solves the tiki tacky stuff. So really an orientation on why much more than the what or the how. I think that breeds the best conversation.
