There's natural sources of easily digestible sugars like fruit, honey and fruit juice that probably are great for most humans. Fruit juices are about 70 to 80% fructose. So when you're consuming these and the plenty of studies with humans as well, they should be causing NAFD epidemic everywhere. And they're not.
