Sugar gets a bad rap. But as we've talked about in previous podcasts, there's perhaps some nuance there and high fructose corn syrup is not the same as sucrose. There's natural sources of easily digestible sugars like fruit, honey and fruit juice that probably are great for most humans. Fruit juices are about 70 to 80% fructose. So when you're consuming these and the plenty of studies with humans as well, they should be causing NAFD epidemic everywhere. And they're not.
This week, Paul has Georgi Dinkov back on the podcast for the third time to cover a plethora of topics: the benefits versus risks of carbohydrates, polyunsaturated fatty acids in cell membranes, the root causes of diabetes and cancer, and so much more.
