The Importance of Eating Low Calories

I got ripped because of just how low my calories were, but that was not the best way to go. I think nutrition can be pretty simplified. Eat enough fat to where your hormones aren't compromised. Eat a gram of protein per pound of body weight and say, well, you're right there. But people get addicted to food. It's hard. People find themselves binging on that or restricting too much when they are in a deficit.
