The 80/20 Rule
Dug: Some people do everything, and that's just more stress. I'd rather one or two things that give you 80 % rlike consistent thas,. consistent with what you believe you'll do. So i think meditation is great but when most people are done with meditation, it's done. You need to be able to bring it with you throughout the day. And a lot of times in the beginning, it's just setting alarms every hour to check back in. Do alittle by feedback, breathe.
