Breathe in to the anxiety, feel it and release it to the center of that earth through your roots. If any gentle sounds like a sigh or a louder breath wants to happen on the exhale, just allow it. The earth gives us this gift of taking. This negativity that is difficult energies and it will absorb it and transmute it. It's all being released in this moment.
