Are You Psychologically Safe With Your Child?
How can you have that if you don't, as an adult, know what that feels like? How hard is it to imagine as an adult? Maybe it's not. I when you said, someone with whom you feel psychologically safe, that's very easy for me. You i know exactly who i'm thinking of. And you're a very easy person to feel psychologically safe with. There are people, though, that we know we're not psychologically safe with and one of the worst things that happens with me is if somebody says to me, oh, i'm so embarrassed you like this because of how i responded to my kid."
