The proportion of employees who are not engaged at work, it's actually the highest in a decade, about half of the us. Work force. 18 % consider themselves actively disengaged. These are people who tend to have most of their work place needs unmet and spread their dissatisfaction. People not feeling like they have opportunities to learn and grow. They don't feel cared about or connected to the organizations mission or purpose.
