I think that the other hard part I can imagine too with programming in with erg mode is you know if you go through all the work to program these workouts like you some days you're gonna want four minutes resting between not with all fine and other days you'll want seven minutes of resting between. There are definitely days where you told me to do three by 40 or something 40 seconds not 40 minutes three by 40 seconds all out and after the first one I take 20 minutes and after the second one I'm like shit I'm not gonna take more than 20 minutes now.
