The training dose, this concept that we're talking about is probably the most important training variable or like amalgam of training variables. And part of there are multiple reasons why this thought came to mind as a topic to discuss. I was on a podcast recently, a medical podcast that wouldn't, and the subject was back pain. The clinical case that was presented was a middle aged guy who works a generally sedentary job and doesn't do a ton of activity.
