How to Strengthen Your Achilles

It's really hard to be so specific. I demand that they have a very high level of strength and strength endurance first, then when they have that, I'll put them onto some sort of speed, tendon specific loading program. When they can do that for the appropriate amount of time for what they want to achieve, I'll then put them back towards their sport. Where you start is always with strength, where you finish is quite dependent on the person in front of you.
