Lissa Ritche Training Campa Amo
Lissa ritche is preparing for her first competition in tokio on Monday. She will compete against a team from patitiland and then tiland. Her training cycle has been wrapped up now, with no heavy work ahead of her. The last time she competed was before panas rallyo 14 when she did the power snatch but it wasn't very successful. Lissa's next race could be as early as January 2015 if all goes well.
