Our digital habits have completely eroded, annihilated the biological buffers that used to help us manage stress. These are all little things that accumulate in our day. And I think those two things, increasing microstresses and a decline in our biological buffers has meant that people are experiencing a lot of stress and burnout. We're in an absolute violent agreement right here.
