creatine has a psychological effect as well. I don't recommend the massive loading phases that you would see in a bodybuilding type forum online, but super low dose just to give you that added benefit. People who are vegetarian and vegan diets, when they take creatine, their cognitive performance improves on memory tests. And then even people like for like hard health, like some homocysteine types of people are taking very small amounts of creatine. So a lot of things happen with it. And it's not all these anecdotal bad stories you hear.
