What Is a Female Cycle?
Am, i think this discussion is really important. Um, can we get right into cycles and kind of, like specifically, what are they? And, um, and ya, get into what a female cycle looks like. Ye, so you know, you've probably heard of like your circadian rhythm. So your body's 24 hour biological clock that helps you regulate your sleep patterns. As females, we have an emphradian rhythm, it's called. Our minstrel cycle. It's created by hormones released at various times throughout our cycle. During each phase, we have different hormones at play.
