It's absolutely human to feel insecure. A good, you know, a good dose of insecurity makes us humble. I think that one reason that i've observed that this happens is that people tend to be promoted to the level of incompetence. And all of a sudden your leadership skills matter, and you've never had to use them before. In fact, you don't even know what they are. You're sort of veering into the psychopath territory rateliyou have to have a little bit of self doubt.
