The Role of Stress in Tendonopathy
The tendinopathy continuum of like it's normal then it gets reactive and then it gets degenerative is a model which people have argued against. The gel area I think it has like 10 times more cells and like more blood flow whatever just more sensitive similar to muscle so I think that's one area where you actually get that protective mechanism within the tendon. If it's a react to tenonopathy what do they do they rest they just rest a little bit it goes away and they're back to playing, he says.
