The Pros and Cons of Creating a Category for Your Product
The question that faces just about every innovator. Do you think that like a founder, even if like let's say they don't, especially when they're like a first time founder, you don't think in terms of like categories? I think that the nice thing about stapling yourself to an existing category is your customers already have an anchor from which they can start to evaluate you as a product. And then we'll use the sales cycle to change the way that they're thinking about the definition of this problem.
