I think if we can establish this really wide range of what seemingly is fine for an individual, I think the cost of performing this kind of an approach just decreases dramatically. If you're going to simplify everything, like you said, maybe turn it into a two block sequence where you split your body in half and kind of pair things that make sense. So yeah, I think ultimately I think that's a really, really good way of doing it that has a really low amount of costs. It also allows you to take advantage of higher training volumes that generally aren't logistically feasible.
