Tapping Before You Meditate
Tapping is such a wonderful thing to do with before you meditate. You just spend a few minutes giving yourself space to honor how you feel while you tap. I cannot tell you how many emals we've gotten about people that they ran into the bathroom stall to tap. When we are not centered and we're feeling the stressed response, our brain isn't actually functioning properly. We're in that fighter flight response. So it's always about checking in with your body before you have any conversation. And i find happening to be amazing, before going on stage, before having a difficult conversation, just to get your body into that centred space.
