How to Conceptualize Task Switching

Getting up and going for a walk really helps is you're putting your mind on a motor task, essentially one that it knows how to do and is ingrained. And if you don't feel like going out in nature there's other things you can do. I think ideal is these short walks, the ability to go outside, some nature, expose yourself to some sort of art. Again, listening to music is a good one as Steve mentioned earlier. Those are all really good kind of micro breaks throughout the day task switches.
