What's the Best Cruciferous Vegetable?
Cabbage reminds me of like popcorn, the flavor of caramelized. The texture of cabbage still has a little crunch even when you get a good hard sear on it. It actually reminds me too of this really awesome, super fast meal that my friend's wonderful writer Molly Weisenberg and her ex-partner, Brandon Pettit, wrote about a long time ago.
