Is There a North Star?

I'm now thinking about feedback loops. What of any mechanism is there from the learnings that's happening on the ground that might feed back and inform the vision? Does that happen? Or once a North Star is created, it's set. And then maybe five years from now, you'll go back and change it in a big push. I said we're kind of very much on that journey. We've done this with lots of other things in the past. We're now on it for the entire company. So we're in that process. I think it's at the right levels. It's now what things you measure, how you measure them, what metrics from the different proof
