Turning Weaknesses Into Strengths in Sales

Peter: Finding your strengths and figuring out how to bring them to bear is just a really powerful mindset. I'm able to take some of these lessons and share them with kind of the next generation of folks, can make it possible for a more diverse group of people to come up to the ranks. So that's one thing is just making sure I'm dog food in quote unquote what I'm selling as a leader. The second thing is trying to be more active within my community directly and trying to encourage folks on my team to do the same.
