In the last two years, there's been a period of radical uncertainty that is much greater than i think many of us have experienced. And so we started this by thinking about what are the emotions that we feel in moments of uncertainty? One is anxiety and one is fear. Anxiety is like, ten things could happen next week in the endemic. I'm not sure what's going to happen and how it'll affect my life. Fear is about something really specific. So i'm afraid of giving a presentation because i're afraid of public speaking. That's very specific fear.
