Are You Building Your Own Pipeline?
The shelf life of these pipelines is really short. Once you get three or four months passed, that owner might change their mind. And so if you don't take advantage of them, they can dwindle. I think a lot of traditional search run investors like the idea of a searcher building their own pipeline each time. They learn a lot about the searcher in those early months about how they manage people and build the business.
