So I think two examples just to give a couple of examples before we wrap up here. Doing a workout that hurts your joints, that's going to decrease your behavior. We're following a strict diet like keto when you just want to eat some damn bread. We just want to have a sandwich starts to decrease, decrease behaviors. What happens is your approach starts to become like a punishment instead of something that's improving your life.
