Eaka: Culture is a function of how people in the organization interact with one another, and then it buildsa overtime. So what i'd say is, if you are going to pursue a possibility that requires a given culture, you have to have a a set of ways of vior that starting with the senior people in the Organization. That will arrive a change in the way people treat each other. And then that will end up being summarized as something we call cultureyes.
