The Art of Letting Go of Your Body

I let go of how my body looks when I start bodybuilding, to be honest. Once I start interest in calisthenics, I was just purely just trying to skill skill skill skill. And you know, my body is just a byproduct of these skills I'm trying to achieve. So knowing that my body is not going to be what it is today, tomorrow, next year, I just focus on the present moment and focus on what I should do right now.
