The Importance of Strength Training

I just see so much elasticity in my son in particular. I just don't want to train him out of that at all. And this is something I was having to talk with Russ and about recently in relation to a David Weck conversation about you should never do a pal off press. But if you are still doing all of that on a regular basis, how much of the strengthening stuff can I do before it has negative consequences? Because I think we can, like I'm positive, it has positive positive results. It just can't push out all the other qualities that we want to maintain or prioritize.
