Do High Protein Diets Cause Kidney Disease?

The National Academy of Sciences found that low protein diets are a bigger risk to kidney failure than high protein diets. When you go from a low protein diet to a higher protein diet, the kidney becomes more efficient. The glomerular filtration rate actually goes up. It's really hard to put as a 70-year-old valve for it'sreally hard to put on muscle mass.
