How to Set an Allowable Cost for Your Business
If your business model says that you're not going to spend any money on marketing, it's either spending too much or too little. And if you believe that your service once installed is a perpetual one, it's probably never going to be stopped unless something really heinous happens. The sooner you start somebody using it, the sooner they renew in year two, three, four. Think about what it could mean if you scale that concept as just one new company.
